PDeffortless ("we," "us," or "our") is a document automation service operated by PDeffortless. Our service is accessible at pdfortless.com. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").
You must be at least 18 years old to use PDeffortless. By using the service, you represent that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and API key. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
New accounts receive 100 free document generations. The free trial is intended for individual use to evaluate the service. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent the trial limit is a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial offer at any time.
After your free trial, the service operates on a pay-per-use basis:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions without prior notice.
You retain full ownership of the PDF templates and data you upload to PDeffortless. By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not claim any ownership over your documents, templates, or data.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that the data you upload and the documents you generate comply with all applicable laws, including privacy laws governing personal information.
PDeffortless is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that generated documents will be free of defects.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PDeffortless and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PDeffortless and its operators from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee any specific uptime. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages that temporarily interrupt the service. We will endeavor to provide advance notice of planned downtime where possible.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay outstanding charges, or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of material changes. Continued use of the service after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware.
